AT 41
Mirror Module.
Intended for laser radiation focusing control. Perfoms focusing of laser radiatoin of middle range power and eliminates an astigmatism inherent to alone reflecting sphere surfaces under oblique incidence.
The Module contains two cooled deformable mirrors AT24, which have planes of incidence rotated at the right angle.
