Cylindrical deformable mirror AT27 is intended for dynamic correction of wave front and duration of femtosecond laser pulses (E. Zeek et al, OPTICS LETTERS, Vol. 25, No. 8, April 15, 2000).
Specifications:
- Light aperture from 10х10 up to 20х160 mm;
- Quantity of control channels from 1 up to 8;
- Form of a working surface - parabolic cylinder;
- Sensitivity not less than 30 microns/кV;
- Material of a substrate - fused silica;
- Optical cover requirements, overall and mounting sizes , weight , etc are to specify at the order.
For the control of a cylindrical deformable mirror АТ27 needs the usual control unit АТ32.
